ASSESSING THE IMPACT OF FEDERAL FUNDING RULES
For a large Midwestern state, our staff conducted a lease-versus-buy analysis of a $125 million real estate portfolio to evaluate the impact of federal funding rules on the state’s recovery of federal funds.
